Sugar Land P & Z approves Imperial redevelopment plan
The Sugar Land Planning and Zoning Commission has unanimously approved the proposed general plan for a multi-use development on the 651-acre Imperial Sugar Mill site and the adjacent state-owned land, known as Tract 3. The plan will now be submitted to the City Council. After a workshop, the City Council will hold a public hearing and could take action in June.
